24 Carat Gold, Italian Taste Sensation!

The news is out!  Tuscany is home to the world’s finest and most delicious chocolate truffles!
These decadent champagne truffles are truly unique and are now being crafted in Manchester using Toscana Black 63% chocolate by chocolatiers at, ‘The Chocolate’.  The chocolate is made by an Artisan Chocolate maker, based just outside Pisa, using the most precious and expensive cocoa beans available.  These go through a traditional grinding method, grinding them down to 15 microns which helps them to achieve their wonderful smooth taste (industry standard is 30 microns).  Such is the fine quality of the chocolate that the creators have won many sought after industry awards, including the award of, ‘The Golden Bean’.  This award is for the best bean to bar in the world judged and presented by the revered ‘Academy of Chocolate’.
Impressed?
The full ingredients for the truffles will remain a closely guarded secret, but what we do know is that the champagne’s ganache content of the truffles also includes the Toscano Black 63% chocolate which helps in creating this unforgettable smoother flavour, unlike many other dark chocolate which can often have a bitter taste.  This, along with a very high champagne content promises the most discerning chocolate lover, the most divine chocolate taste experience ever!
If that is not enough to elicit whoops of excitement from chocolate lovers everywhere, then read on. We have more.......
The finished piece of chocolate heaven is not quite complete without a generous sprinkling of edible flakes of 24 carat gold. Yes, pure gold! The gold adorned truffles are then lovingly packaged in the most exquisite boxes ever created which are decorated with over 400 individual Swarovski crystals per box.  No two boxes are ever the same, so each box will be as unique as the lucky person to receive it.
These truffles are making guest appearances within only the finest suites of the best 5 star hotels nationwide, at high profile corporate events and, not surprisingly, are the truffles of choice for many ‘A’ listers.  The truffles are currently available in boxes of 15 for £190 per box and very soon, a ‘one truffle’ box will also be available.
Champagne and truffles make a stylish corporate gift and are superb in luxury goody bags for sophisticated events in which only the very best will do.
These truffles can be ordered through The Bottle Boutique or through http://www.the-chocolate.com/.

Champagne: Vintage Versus Non Vintage

When you are looking to buy champagne, do you really know what you are buying and the difference between vintage and non-vintage? The majority of us will tend to opt for a quality non-vintage or NV, probably based on price. Buying NV means that you will enjoy a blend of wines from different years that maintain a consistent ‘house style’. So, when you buy a bottle of NV Moet, then you know exactly what you are getting.

Vintage Champagnes differ in that they are made in years when the weather behaved and the crop was exceptional – such as 1996, 1999 and 2002. However, not all Champagne houses declare in the same year – the choice to class it as a vintage is up to the winemaker. As with anything special, you will pay a premium but for a special occasion, corporate gifting to a real connoisseur or when you have an event when only the best will do, vintage is the obvious choice.

Louis Roederer’s, Cristal, a popular choice amongst the celebrity set is always vintage so if you ever find yourself ordering a few bottles of Cristal at around £137 a pop (lucky you!) do ask for the year.
The Bottle Boutique provide an excellent range of vintage and non-vintage, award winning champagnes that you can have branded up with your own logo or event.  Contact http://www.thebottleboutique.com/ or http://www.thebespokegoodybagco.co.uk/ call 0161 776 4550
